Cardio hunger

Anyone else become really hungry when they do cardio? How do you deal with it?

    I don't... But you could pre plan your meals and make sure you have a decent post-workout meal.

    For me it depends a lot on the intensity.
    Long duration / low intensity then my hunger is less than the large amount of calories burned.
    Short duration / high intensity then my hunger is greater than the small amount of calories burned.

    (Also strength training = low calorie burn but high hunger levels.)

    I don't seek to "balance the books" on a daily basis so over time it all evens out.

    I get runger... I deal with it by eating loads :laugh:

    Me too. Especially when it's cold, I get hungry after my runs. Eating something soon after the exercise helps, but some days it's not enough.

    Yes! I workout in the mornings but I eat breakfast before hand as it gives me energy, and if still hungry post workout then I'll have a banana or some peanut butter.
    If you're hungry, eat.
