Anyone else become really hungry when they do cardio? How do you deal with it?

I don't... But you could pre plan your meals and make sure you have a decent post-workout meal.0

For me it depends a lot on the intensity.
Long duration / low intensity then my hunger is less than the large amount of calories burned.
Short duration / high intensity then my hunger is greater than the small amount of calories burned.
(Also strength training = low calorie burn but high hunger levels.)
I don't seek to "balance the books" on a daily basis so over time it all evens out.0 -

Me too. Especially when it's cold, I get hungry after my runs. Eating something soon after the exercise helps, but some days it's not enough.0

I deal with hunger by eating.0

Yes! I workout in the mornings but I eat breakfast before hand as it gives me energy, and if still hungry post workout then I'll have a banana or some peanut butter.
If you're hungry, eat.0
