Looking for friends and help to stay motivated

I have been diagnosed with severe depression and find walking helps me I also have over 40lbs to lose have already lost 20lbs done this by doing a lot of walking but would so like a walking buddy to help me out in South Wales and to stay on track as finding it difficult to stay on track or motivated

    Hey Halla, welcome brother. That's awesome that you're walking to lose weight. The first step to overcoming anything is to truly identify the problem and acknowledge the changes you need to make, and you've already done that!     Sorry to hear about your depression. I used to suffer from it as well. Exercise is a great way to cheer up for sure. Good luck with your goals
