Looking to make fitness friends in hopes of being more motivated! I’m 5’2 weighing 172.4lbs. I don’t look as much as I weigh because of muscle but after I had my daughter I need to drop a good 30lb to feel better about my health. Add me!!!!

After 7 months of sticking to my diet plan, I went on vacation and blow it. Now I'm starting over. Lost 60 lb and then gained back 8 lbs in 2 weeks. I have 25 lbs to go now. Back to tracking everything. Low Carbs0

Trust me, you have learned alot by stopping and starting again. And the fact that you pick it up again shows that you are a winner and not a loser. They stay down - and dont get back up again.0
