Hey y'all! Need all the support I can get. Been losing the same 10 lbs forever. Tried everything under the sun except surgery and becoming more discouraged every day. So I'm back to my fitness pal and counting calories!

    I here u there i almost did the surgery. Then i started in Medifast been on it for 4 weeks and lost 13 lbs. I was about to give up.. i am also going through menopause.. not fun..
