C25K—-How do I log it in MFP?

So I just did W1D1. Not a huge accomplishment but a step in the right direction. How do I log it into MFP?
Do I just do 8 min jog at 5.3 pace and 20 min walking at 3.7 (3.5 as I can’t do 3.7)? Would be cool if you could sync it easier. Maybe there is a way?
Help....
Thanks

Just log your total distance, no need to overcomplicate it.2

I would log total distance. Alternatively if you are using an app like strava with a heart rate monitor , it will give you a reasonably good indication of calories burned.0

Turn on "map my run" (or something like it) in parallel with your C25K app and it will spit out a calorie estimate. Come to think of it, doesn't the Zenlabs app give you a calorie estimate?0
