Can anyone recommend a tried and tested kettlebell workout programme. I am enjoying using them right now but am just making up my own routines and would be interested to see some structured plans.
Thanks

There are some kettlebell workouts on this site. I have not followed them, however. I have used some of the single arm moves in circuit training routines. You might find something useful here.

Personally, I've had great success following Kettlebell programs by Lauren Brooks. I'm currently following the twelve week program in this book:https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/1612430279/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1512096735&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=kettlebells+workouts+for+women&dpPl=1&dpID=51ZnOlsUg-L&ref=plSrch Its pretty beginner friendly. Don't let it fool you, it ramps up pretty quickly. Having a few different bells and one pair is pretty handy with this program.
I have also used BeSlam by Lauren Brooks. It's more of an intermediate program. It also costs a bit more than the book. http://www.ontheedgefitness.com/product-category/be-slam
You may also want to check out Enter the Kettlebell by Pavel https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0938045695/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1512097653&sr=8-2&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=enter+the+kettlebell+book&dpPl=1&dpID=513flo95MML&ref=plSrch He is responsible for bringing Kettlebell training to the US. He also has a pretty no nonsense plan to getting you stronger.2 -

I love Jillian Michael's Shred it with Weights. I used it when I didn't know what to do with a kettlebell and am now in love with them!0

Any of Pavel's programs. They're all approximately the same, but they've changed, so there's no harm in getting a cheap copy of ETK on amazon or Ebay for 3 or 4 dollars, but there's certainly some benefit from spending $20 for the most up to date(Simple and Sinister)
For example: the newest guidance for the Getup has changed a little bit to reduce risk of injury. But the baseline of the program is the same
Warmup(3 rounds)
5x halos(each way)
5x Goblet/Sumo Squats
5x Hip hinge/mobilization
Workout
5x Getups(each side)
10x Swings(EMOMx10 minutes... or longer if recovery demands)
The detail part is... cues for when to go up in weight, how much weight to use, how to self check form, etc.
In other words... Get the book.
