I started back Oct 23rd with MFP after taking a break for a year. So far I have lost 14lbs. I feel so much better and energetic. I love MFP b/c it allows me to keep track of what I'm eating. I had no idea I was consuming such a high amount of calories daily before I started tracking. I am going to continue and eventually I will hit my goal weight. Good Luck everyone on whatever journey your on.

I agree , I am down 38 lbs now and before I started on MFP I thought I was eating correctly most of the time. Now I see I was eating almost 1000 calories too much many days . allowing my self to gain almost 26 lbs after injuring my ankle ( and I was already 50 lbs over my goal .) This sites tools and support have really helped .,.6 months in my eating patterns are so much better . eating at a slight deficit to let the rest I need to loose roll of over the next 6 months
