Hi everyone, I'm currently trying to get back into exercising daily after I was in a really bad funk that made me gain 30 pounds. I want to go out and jog or run but I feel like everyone looks at me and makes fun of me for trying to be healthy since I'm big. I'm currently at 258, my highest was 280 and my first goal is 200.

People are strange and some are rude. But most people don't care as much about other as we like to think, or fear. Being active when you're heavy, is difficult. Doing it anyway will build your confidence.

Start with walking. Stroll at first. Just get in the habit of getting out and putting in the time.

In a similar situation with regards to the funk 30 lb weight gain. Also, tend to think the worst about comments at times.
First off, Don't Let the *kitten* Get You Down!
I would try listening to some music, and just think about You. You being the best you, you can be.
