which is over 10% of my body weight. i still feel as big as i was. from 238-240 to 212.4 as of this morning

    You look great and you can tell there is a huge difference. I love the fact that you use the same shirt, it really shows the change. Keep up the great work and can't wait to see what that shirt looks like on you in 24 more lbs :)
