My only saving grace for eating today was that I was honest in what I logged. I ate almost 1000 calories extra and it was mostly due to chocolate and ice cream. But I was honest in what I did and owned up for it. So i guess that’s not a horrible day

    Tracking no matter what was the first step for me too. Change happened slow for me, but in time I was able to make enough small changes that I was able to stick to my calorie goal and be successful. You are heading in the right direction.

    So you're at 500 cals over maintenance for the day?
