Dumb diet

Here to track calories, and be inspired by the stories if others.
I am in my 30s , have PCOS . Need to lose 50ish pounds.

About me,
Tried weight watchers , too much sodium
Went vegan, used honey
Went vegetarian, ate meat
Went on the cabbage diet, it sucked
Went on the bacon diet, it sucked too
Fruit diet, tried it, craved meat
Went on paleo, ended up eating cereal
Starvation diet, was too weak to walk
KETO, lasted 3 months, ate donuts

This time I'm eating healthy. Counting calories. And exercising.

Time to quit diets and change my life style . <3

    eat what you want...track accurately....maintain calorie deficit. Seriously uncomplicated and simple. Not easy. But simple.

    similar story! now i'm counting calories and have lost 31 of 60 pounds so far....best results in YEARS, and I eat what i want with a general attempt to eat as healthy as possible for my calorie intake (nutritious foods win out when i don't have a high calorie budget). but NO STUPID DIETS. Just calories in/out, and if i eat pizza, then i log it and don't feel bad about it.

    About me,
    Went on Atkins in 1999, lost 45 lbs, missed pasta and potatoes...regained the weight 2 years later
    Went vegan for 6 months, missed eggs too much
    Went vegetarian for 3 years, woke up one day needing thai curry chicken
    Went on the cabbage soup diet, lost no weight because i ate so much on Potato Day
    Went on paleo for 3 months, ate cookies, beer, pizza after...lol
