I did NOT give in!!

I've been doing alot better, work had dragged me down, in fact I just finished working 7 days straight and my boss has given me a 3 day weekend! Which I desperately NEEDED!! But I still haven't had any soda in weeks! i've been taking vitamins everyday, the only downside is that during lunch at work I am eating fast food. However, I am on my feet most of the day and sometimes it is a real work out taking pictures of people lol. I've been able to manage my weight at 120, it actually fluctuates between120-122 depending on what I eat or if hormones have me retaining water. I'm pretty close to my monthly cycle anyway, so I have started to feel bloated.
Anyway, last night I was kind hungry after 10pm, and I know we're not supposed to eat after 8pm. So I grabbed a can of chicken cheese soup (gluten free), I had the urge to cook it up and eat it. But I realized I might not eat it all and waste some of it and then end up feeling really sick in the morning from improper digestion (I have that problem often anyway) but I resisted that urge, set it down on the counter and instead made a cup of hot yogi bedtime tea. It made me feel full and then I was off to dreamland. I am glad that I didn't eat it and now this morning i've eaten 2 over easy eggs and drank some coconut milk (good fats), so in a bit I will be off to the gym for a hopefully good cardio strength training work out. It's been months since I've been to the gym, so i've basically been wasting the yearly pass that I renewed at Lady Fitness.
I just wish I had a flexible schedule at work that allowed me time at the gym and with my son at the same time. There is just no good time management

you can eat after 8... the thing that makes people gain weight is eating a lot of sugar, fatty foods etc at night right before bed... if you eat at 8.. then hangout a few hours before you fall asleep, you're all good0

I know it gets hard some time. I always try to figure out how I can steal 30 minutes out of the day to work out. Do you get at least an hour for lunch? If so, you could pack a lunch the night before, eat for 30 minutes then maybe go walking for the next 30 minutes. That way you could get a workout in during your lunch time. This weekend, during your off time, you can plan your weekly meals also, that would help you prepare for the upcoming weeks! It will get better for you:) But at least you didn't give in and that's awesome!!0
