It is because of you that I had a successful week. 11 pounds down is absolutely amazing--even if it was mostly water. lol MFP has allowed me to see clearly where my weaknesses were, and I've made small corrections to my diet in this first week, and am planning many more in the weeks to come. I've received amazing tips from MFP friends, and I love you all. :D Thank you.
