Hey All I'm 8 weeks post op.
I had to do a 2 week liver shrinkage diet before the operation.
Do date I'm just over 3 stone lighter.
I just wondered is there anyone else that's had the sleeve done? How's your weight loss journey going?

    I am scheduled for surgery on the 29th of November. I start my pre op diet today. How are things going for you? How do u feel?

    I am starting my liver shrinking diet tomorrow. Things are starting to get REAL!!!
