Hello all new, need some advice was dropping weight pretty fast but slowed down hard 2 keep going @ time is this common? & what shoould i do

  • Exact same thing happened to me. I dropped 10 lbs very, very quickly.....then, slowed down to 0-1-2 pounds per week.
    Just keep going. 1 pound a week is still good progress.

    You start off with a lot of weight loss due to water and a change in eating habits/physical activity.....but then you're body starts to correct your metabolism and adjust to your new lifestyl and you start losing only a couple pounds every week or two..........totally normal! Apparently it is for the best as you are more likely to keep it off this way! Welcome aboard and best of luck to you!
