Heading to the gym this morning to work on leg strength and a light brkfast afterwards. I hope this motivation stays for quite a while lol

Motivation stays, if and only if, you can see yourself wanting to do it for quite a while.2

make sure you set some workout goals, just mindlessly working out leads to boredom and quitting. Make goals and track your progress so you keep at it.
