Starting over

I've never been this big before, and stepping on the scale and seeing the number associated with it scared me. I've lost up to 30 pounds in the past; this time I have to lose almost twice that to get back to where I should be. I should be a small or medium; right now I'm an XL and very uncomfortable.

I'm right there with you. I lost a lot last year. I was proud. My family was happy...and now I've regained it all plus some. There is no sense in worrying though. We have to put it in the past and move forward. It can be done. Find out what happened and know you can make it work again and avoid past mistakes.

I lost 56 pounds last year and gained 40 of it back. It sucks but all we can do is get back on track!
