I actually started my diet on Monday. I am doing the Sonoma diet and thought it would be interesting to track my actual caloric and fat intake here to compare the two. The Sonoma diet is difficult the first 10 days, but it makes sense to me. It's suppose to help reset your sugar levels and metabolic rate. I lost 3.8 pounds since Monday, so I think I am on the right track. I have found from previous diets like Weight Watchers that the first week you lose the most and then it tapers off and you lose an average of 1-2 pounds per week.

I like this site already because you don't have to pay a weekly rate to use it. Weight Watchers and the Sonoma Diet both charge to use their website.
