Know Thy Enemy!

Options
Hello and happy Friday my lovely loves. The weekend is upon us, and I know some of us dread the weekends due to temptations they bring. And I just want to say one thing to that… Know thy enemy. The enemy isn’t chips, or chocolate cake or another beer. When we over indulge that’s just a little bump in the road of a long journey. The true enemy is lack of confidence and a negative view. We must believe in ourselves. I can sat here all day and tell you how beautiful, sexy, and wonderful you are (and darling you are smoking hot gorgeous!) but if you never take it in, never own it, what does it mean? You have to look at your goals in a positive light, take things in stride and toss the “I can’t, I never will” right in the garbage. You can and you will!!! You have to have faith in yourself because I guarantee you there is a cowboy named Ed in Texas who has all the faith in the world in you. SO know your enemy and slay it. See yourself as I see you. When I look at you I see the most gorgeous, sexiest, sweetest, kindest, hottest, specialist, most amazing darlin in the world. Own it baby, own it.

You are cherished, and you are loved.
Blessings,
Ed

Thanks, Cowboy, for this post. I am owning it. I never thought I could do this in a million years, and I am 1 lb away from the 50 lb mark and 5 lbs away from my original goal. I can see it, and I will reach it shortly. This is very doable; I am living proof. I do worry about the weekends, but all I can do is make healthy choices. Like you said, it is just a bump in the road!!

thanks cowboy :) I needed this because my husband and I are going out tonight in the first time in weeks, and while I am excited, a part of me was dreading it because I was afraid of possibly ruining my diet! How sad is that! But it is up to me. I can go out to dinner and make good choices, food isn't going to ruin me, only I can do that :)

Thanks. I do try to remain up beat & positive most days. I am always looking for motivational sayings & quotes to help me stay in the "right frame of mind" & I usually share them on my wall for my friends. Because you never know when a simple post like yours today hits a person a the right moment when they needed to hear it the most. surrounding yourself with positive thoughts & positive people helps set yourself & those around you, up for success. Have a GREAT day! :flowerforyou:

Anyone looking to add a friend hit me up! always looking for positive people ;-)
