lets reach number under 200 pounds?

Hi All,

been on and off from here so many times.
mainly because I barely have computer access and cannot log food and all everyday like most people do.
I am not the best supporter as I am not here a lot but when I am on here, its not to say on a tread if id hit on the person above me or not... or yay or Nay for the picture above.... when I come, its to log food, find good recipes, and see how I'm doing with my mini goals and main goals
( usually not doing good at all.... ) TILL NOW.

I don't know how to start a group that would like the same as I do ....


I need a group of friends that is above 250 pounds and want to see that scale at 199.
not saying my weight goal is at 199, not quite, but the day ill be under 200 again? after 15 years of being higher and higher than 200? I will be some happy and proud and feel I'm half way there.
who feels like me?
who felt like me? and is now under 200.
how did you do it? how will we do it?
I work, sit on bum all day then go home and sit some more,
literally am a couch potato..

my plan is to increase my water intake, not eat anything 2 hours prior bed time, definitely not buy food in a box, but good produce and increase veggies and decrease the carbs a lot.

Zumba- tae-boe, walking with jogging ( 2 mins walk, 1 mins jog kind of thing) or Jillian DVD each 2 days for 2 weeks then go 30 mins everyday. I have the right idea but I know I cannot do this alone,
who is with me? really am gonna try my best to log everything at least each day that I am work with computer access....

Monday to Friday...
I am starting my journey on Jan 3rd as I am in holidays till then and I am gonna enjoy every minutes of it.

so if you feel like me, add me, I am not here to flirt or gossip or comment on the picture above,,, I am here for a main goal and is to get under 200 pounds ! ( start with that,,)
