About me: I’m 6’2. 27. 168lbs. Deaf. Been skinny all my life. Tried to gain weight before, but failed because i gave up and because it became too expensive for foods and gym. Now, I’m able to do it again, only this time, my motivation is high and strong. I downloaded this MyFitnessPal app about a week ago (when i started getting serious about gaining weight again). It asked me what i wanted to weight. I put down 195lbs. Then it says i need to reach 3,040 calories everyday. Seems like a lot to me. Cause i never ate so much every single day. I normally just eat here and there. But since then, I’ve been stuffing my face. I always push past 3,400 calories or more each day. I feel pretty good. But i don’t know what to expect. I’m hoping i put on some weight (i start gym today Cause planet fitness just opened up here in Hawaii). Tired of being skinny. I need to bulk up.
