Pasta free lasagna made with baked zucchini strips instead of pasta. And some bacon mixed in the meat sauce. I made it for Christmas....last of it goes tonight :)

I had a bag of peas and carrots and a dinner roll made into a sandwich with 1.4 oz of pulled pork and some pickled onions.

Tonight it's ham, and tomorrow it's ham. Saturday will probably be ham, followed by ham on Sunday. We'll then start the week of with ham on Monday, then on Tuesday it will be ham..............

I DO like ham, but next year, I think I'll give it a miss. This thing is gonna take us two weeks to eat.

I overestimated for Christmas, so, for about the next two weeks, we will be having dinners that include Turkey, Ham or Prime Rib in one form or another.

Tonight we are having Turkey Fettuccine. Tomorrow I am making Prime Rib Stroganoff. Probably going to have Split Pea and Ham soup Saturday Night.
