Logging Weight

I weigh in and log my weight once a week, every Monday. I'm curious as to how often other members weigh and also log their weight. Thanks for the answers. :smile:

    I weigh myself twice a week....I do not log weight gain, but will post in my comments that I have gained. I do not log my weight loss until I am back on track.

    I weigh myself every morning when I wake up. I know a lot of people advise against weighing daily but I use a digital scale that show decimal places so even seeing a .2lb drop keeps me more motivated. But I only log it in when i drop one or two pounds.

    I weigh myself way to much. But it keeps me going. I have a digital scale also. To see any downward trend especially in the morning keeps me excited.

    I weigh every day. I log my weight whenever I see a significant (real) loss, but at minimum once a week. I find that by logging more often, I stay more motivated.
  • I generally weigh myself almost every day to stay motivated & avoid back slides. However I usually only log it every 5-7day days. You can get to where the scale will make you crazy. Be careful!

    Hey!! I also log my weight once a week. I sometimes check it throughout the week, but don't log it. I find it better doing it weekly. As i can fluctuate a lb or 2 day to day x
