I'm going to try this. So far so good but it's only 2:30 in the afternoon. The cravings begin in full force after dinner. I am committing today to no sugar no carbs. It's the only way I can control the cravings/binging. My new strategy is to not only track my food intake but also the cravings and rate them by strength. Maybe that will keep my rational brain engaged. I am 68 years old and eating myself to death. It must change.
