Just after feedback on this plan.

From March to December this year I have lost 22 kgs with MFP but looking for new inspiration to start the New Year.

    The words 'detox' 'flush toxins' and 'sluggish metabolism' should set off alarm bells. Peddlers of woo LOVE them...

    Old thread but will share anyway. I like this plan. Opened me up to clean eating and I was never hungry after the “detox”. Sure it’s marketing is gimmicky much like all the fad plans. I think the good ones are those can kickstart long term habits. This one can do that.
