Just after feedback on this plan.
From March to December this year I have lost 22 kgs with MFP but looking for new inspiration to start the New Year.

Old thread but will share anyway. I like this plan. Opened me up to clean eating and I was never hungry after the “detox”. Sure it’s marketing is gimmicky much like all the fad plans. I think the good ones are those can kickstart long term habits. This one can do that.3
