Fitbit not syncing

Is anyone having issues with their fitbit not syncing to mfp? I received one at Christmas and it was fine boxing day but it hasn't synced since. Is there any ring I am doing wrong?

mine hasn't sync'd for the last 4 hours and won't sync. Probably need to put it on the charger when I get home so it can update or whatever crap it needs to do

If MFP and Fitbit are synced but you are not seeing Fitbit steps, on the MFP mobile app go to Menu > Steps, or on the web version go to APPS > Steps, and make sure Fitbit Tracker is selected as the Step Source.

If MFP and Fitbit are not syncing at all, read through the below articles and follow the steps.

Try turning off Bluetooth on all your mobile devices to ensure no connection, then unlink MFP and Fitbit and relink using only the web versions of both MFP and Fitbit.

If you still have trouble syncing the Fitbit, then I would recommend opening a Case with Customer Support on the MFP Help/FAQ pages... http://myfitnesspal.desk.com/customer/portal/emails/new
