130 Pounds Lost and Starting Over

I joined MFP under a different username in February of 2012 weighing in at 285 pounds. I spent the next year using MFP and running consistently. By February of 2013 I weighed 155 pounds and could run a 5K in under 20 minutes.
Fast forward to today, and I have gained 25 pounds back. Life gets in the way sometimes and my running and logging has been very inconsistent. While the weight gain hasn’t been a bad thing, it has definitely impacted my running. Seeing as we are approaching a new year, I decided to join MFP under a new account and “start over.” I would like to get back down to 155 to improve my race times and to achieve new goals!
I am looking for new friends on here, so please feel free to add me if you are looking for encouragement and to encourage. I look forward to getting to know some new people and to see many succeed!
