    I'm not going to lie this is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. I am far from done, but I know now that I can do it. It is not a race, it really is making the right choices for your body and your mind. MFP is the best thing that ever happened to me, the support on here is phenomenal. It really took me looking at past pictures to see the difference. For someone just starting out, the starting is hard, don't get discouraged. I have had bad days and been in funks, but the only person that can do this for me is me. Thank you all for your kind words....now on to the next 30!
