“DAILY”
• Greens (min cooking)
• Eggs
• Capsicum/chilli/lemon
• Broccoli/ cauliflower (min cooking)
• Nuts / seeds like pumpkin or sunflower
• Butter/ ghee/ mustard oil/ animal fat
• Avocado
• Yogurt (2 heaping spoons only)
KETO FOOD
