Appendix surgery - Keto

Has anyone had any tummy issues on Keto? Was following Keto, all was going well and losing weight until I had to get emergency surgery to have my appendix out... wondering if anyone has had something similar happen? Any thing to do with Keto or just coincidence?!

    That's a question for your doctor, but if i remember correctly, one risk factor for appendicitis is constipation (which keto can cause). Does that apply to you?

    I didn’t think I was but not as regular pre Keto so could have defo been a contributing factor!
