I'm fed up with diets!

I'm so fed up with diets and the feelings of failure!!!!!!!!

My approach this year is very different. I am going to focus on losing 1 pound a week! (average 1 pound a week as I know some weeks it'll be more, some less.) I will lose 1 pound a week in a healthy manner and make changes to my lifestyle vs. dieting!

I formed a group and that is our focus. Let's give each other accountability and support and participate in some challenges to keep us motivated.

    Sounds like a plan. sign me up... I just bought a portion control lunch box as I believe that is part of my problem that took me years to figure out.. ;)
