I had it and returned it. It was helpful for completing a crunch since I couldn't get the whole way up myself, but really, I decided it wasn't worth $100 to me for a marchine that was really only good for one specific exercise, especially one that I could do myself, even if not as intense as I could do with the machine.

The only thing I really loved about it and wished I could have kept was the dance workout that came with it...that was a lot of fun...but I bought a separate dance workout DVD and have been using that ever since. I think the Ab Rocket is a good product, but for me it was just too limited to justify spending the money.

I really like the ab lounger or something like that. After only ten it felt like I had done 50...in a good way. My gym had one I'm not sure I'd want one in my house, its kind of bulky.

If you are looking for a good ab workout, get a large ab ball and get to work. All of those gimmicks are never going to work as well as you just doing regular, oblique, ect. crunches.

And you could prob buy about 4 of those balls verses one Ab Rockett, you can also do different exercises with a ball, I love me ball!!!!
