    i couldnt live with just 5. if i had 20 pounds to loose... i would want 2 off of each upper arm. thats 4 total. then 5 off my stomach. thats 9. then 4 off each upper leg. thats 17. then 1.5 off of each lower leg calf area. there thats 20.
