The Ultimate Accountability Challenge (UAC) is designed is for those who want healthy life changing habits. The UAC requires you to be accountable and to share that accountability with a great group of like minded friends.
The habits are (1) Track all of your food and caloric beverage; (2) Consume less than your chosen daily caloric maximum; (3) Exercise every day for at least 20 minutes of intentional activity; (4) report in daily or no less than every 3 days.
For those who maintain those goals, with no more than 3 Pass Days per month, you are in the monthly Winner's Circle.
We want you to be on our UAC team!

#12 no divulging of your weight or a set day to weigh in. I like this I am past menopause my body is not what it use to be and it takes me longer to accomplish my goals. Slow and steady is my mantra.0

Although I run a different challenge, UAC is still my favourite.
By participating in UAC, I lost 25kg (50lbs) in 5 months, gone into full maintenance and kept the weight off for a further 3 months. I intend to be part of UAC for a long time.- UAC does not have weigh ins.
- UAC does not not mandate exercise you cannot or do not want to do.
- UAC is not competing against others.
What UAC is:- UAC is a fantastic community with daily discussion.
- UAC builds healthy maintainable habits to manage your weight and your health.
Successful, long term, weight loss / weight management REQUIRES lifestyle adaption. Not diets. That is the core of UAC.
If you are looking for the BEST challenge on MFP. *** THIS IS IT ***
If you are SERIOUS about losing weight this new year and intend to keep it off, FOREVER. Then UAC is the challenge for you.

Last chance to join for January.
Make habits that will shed excess weight and keep you healthy for the rest of your life.
Make friends that are committed to keeping active.
I have been part of UAC since May 2017 and it helped me lose 50 lbs (Apr - Sep) and keep it off (Sep - now). At 49, I am in the best shape I have ever been.
- No special food
- No gym
- No activities I don't enjoy
- No cost
This is WHY it is the best challenge on MFP.
** Time to go for my daily walk , my choice of activity **
See you in the UAC group.
