trying to look hot and lose 30-40lbs for a wedding

Hi there! My name is Alexis and I’m 25. I’ve been unhappy with my body for a long and have never gotten into a fitness plan because I was never in it to lose the weight for myself but for the approval of other people. Now that I love myself and my body and want it to be healthy and strong, I’m ready to kick my extra belly and hip weight for my best friends wedding in September - I’m a bridesmaid and want to look sexy in my dress!

I would love some motivation tips for getting started, and any realistic diet plans as well!

    You should be able to lose that much within your timeframe; that's around a pound a week, which is totally doable. No diet - just stay under your calories every day and you will lose. You already have your motivation.
