New member: Help me be accountable!

Hi and happy New Year (almost!)

I'm looking to lose about 25lbs and past experience has taught me that being held accountable is one of the most effective ways for me to stick to a healthier lifestyle.

I'm looking for a group of people who can help me stay motivated, track my food (even on the bad days) and exercise more. In return I'll offer you a tonne of encouragement too.
