2 stone to lose... Getting married!!!!!

Hey, I'm getting married April 2018 but my dress gets here in February. I need to lose at least a stone by Feb to have any hope of looking half decent in my dress and ideally lose another stone before my wedding. I've lost 4 stone on here before but can't seem to find the same motivation I had back then!! All the help, advice and support you guys can give will really spur me on!!! Thanks guys x

    What are your stats now? 14lbs between now and February seems like it could be difficult to achieve safely depending on starting weight.
