My calorie goal is higher on here as I want sustainable weight loss and worries 1200 would make me miserable. However, I’m trying to keep keep below the 1400 so about 12-1300 maybe? Any thoughts? Feel free to add me as I’m just starting out xx0

I've been trying for about 1200 for 5 days now. I find I keep going over a bit, about 1300-1400ish, but I figure I'll still doing better than I was. Hopefully I'll keep adjusting down. Feel free to add me1

Yes it's tricky to keep to1200 but doable. Good luck to all getting ideas from others diaries is a good start1

Hey mine says 1200 too but my PT said I should stick to 2000 as your body will start storing fat if you go too low! Thoughts? I’m going with slimming world too which I’ve seen loads of success with. I want to lose 18lbs!4

i target 1200 but dont care if i go up to 1400. maintenance for me is around 1700. lost 100 pounds. i eat normal food. i swear. people love me or hate me. i like dogs more than i do people. im a smart *kitten*. dont ask my opinion if your feelings are hurt easy. ill probabl never look at your diary or like that you completed it. ditto for workouts. but post something funny and i see it and ill be all over that *kitten*. lol friend at your own risk. lolol2

I'm on 1200 too. It's always a struggle coming up with meal ideas so it would be nice to get some insight into what other 1200'ers are eating!0

Ive been doing 1200 for 4 months ( apart from xmas - just restarting after the festive period.)

ive lost 103 pounds as of this morning.
im 5'1. eat around 1200 cals a day. if i workout, ill sometimes eat back up to half of those (i only log half my workout time, so if you see 30 minutes, it was an hour) just easier for me to know what i can eat back at a glance, that way.
my diary is open to friends but i use the recipe builder a LOT so quite often, youll see what it is but not a breakdown of whats in it. i eat normal foods. no special diet or anything weird.1 -
