What shows up at the top of your "most used" snacks in your food diary?

For me, it is Emerald Cocoa Roast Almonds 100 calorie pack. Love them! I probably eat one pack almost every day.

Mine is Alpen light bar, apple & sultana flavour. They are a great little snack in the evening when I fancy something sweet with a cuppa tea & are only 68 calories xxx

^That... except I just buy the big container and weigh out 1 oz. They're so good that sometimes I'll have 2 ounces in a day.

LOL...I'm surprised that's not closer to the top of my list! I eat that often, too.

One of mine is Emerald Cocoa Almonds, too! Although I buy a big container and just grab a handful. I need to start mixing it up though because I'm always over on protein. But those things are just so good! I have them almost every evening after dinner for dessert with a glass of red wine.
