Losing 122 lbs for ME in 2018!

Add me! I need people to keep me accountable and I'll do the same for you. Losing g over 100 lbs will be the hardest thing I've ever done but this. Is. It. I'm tired of feeling like this and it's time to start loving myself.

    You've got this! I've lost 120 lbs before and now I'm up a bit and back at it with about 35-40 to go. I'll add you and try to support you on your journey. It's great to see the efforts pay off!

    I lost 50+lbs this past year and am going for 50 more. I agree with what other users mentioned: slow and steady loss is more sustainable. Some people may be able to drop 100+ in a year but it's not great for your body, which needs time to adjust. Losing more slowly is not only easier and healthier, it means less saggy skin later on. So go for it and don't worry if things go slower than you'd like. You will get there!! :)
