Been yoyoing since I was 19 I am now 33 and am mentally the strongest I've been and now feel I am in correct place to make life changes needed to fix my broken body. I'd love some friends for support and to also support along this journey.

    Hey Cobido,

    I too am in the same spot. This is not my second go around with weight loss- I lost over 100 lbs a few years ago, but went into depression and stopped. I'm not making losing weight a new years resolution because we all know, resolutions come and go, however, I would like to do this for myself. Please feel free to add me.
