    Happy New Year! We can do it! I sent a friend request, I'm not vegetarian, but I would really like to start eating less meat. Hope to be able to share recipies

    I am with the eating less meat too. I have decided to go no meat for the 1st 2 weeks in January and then go only fish the last 2 weeks and see how this works. I will incorporated turkey in February on and hot wings only on Tuesday (lol)

    Hi! Ovo-lacto vegetarian, cooking a lot of vegan. Have lost 96 lbs in the last 14 months, got another 17 to go to a healthy BMI, 27 to go to tentative goal. I started with calorie counting, did earlier Weight-Watchers programs (which worked until I got tired of them and stopped tracking or caring).

    I love to cook.
