Now I know my problem.... My house is built in an area that used to be a swamp - so that's why I struggle to lose weight

 some of those are bat-*kitten* crazy!
I remember my mother doing the "master cleanse" as a kid. I don't think I'll ever manage to evict that taste from my mind. She's still obese nearly 30 years later1 -
Swamp dude didn’t know what he was talking about. I depend on this humidity to keep me at a constant sweat that keeps off the water weight, mosquitos take a good portion of blood weight every summer, and if all else fails, an alligator can bite my leg off and shave off a good chunk of fat right there.4

"Breatharians maintain that they live purely off light and air, although those who don't die from the practice are usually caught eating or drinking real food in secret."

I think we should mix them all together.. i mean, if the breatharian diet is simply not getting caught eating and the werewolf diet is at night while people sleep.. lol
Couldn't one just consume all the cotton balls they wanted, chase it down with some alcohol, then eat cabbage soup and cleanse drinks? If you stopped eating after maybe an hour or two.. and began fasting, as long as you only drink water until the sun comes up, you would technically be doing a water fast
just stay away from the swamp while you do it2 -
