Hi - I was wondering if anyone else is wearing these while working out? I found them at Walmart and decided to give them a try and they really make you sweat while working out. Hopefully, this will help with my weight loss journey.....

I hate to be a kill-joy but sweating will not cause you to lose weight. It is just water weight and as soon as you rehydrate you will gain it back again. If the shorts cause you to sweat excessively than you can become dehydrated which will actually inhibit weight loss. Be sure to drink plenty of water while you are working out. (with or without the shorts  ) In fact, I let myself get overly dehydrated last night and I really felt it. My energy level dropped pretty drastically and I felt a little dizzy.

The good news is that you are burning calories when you work out and that will help you lose weight. The most important thing is to be comfortable . Your clothing should fit properly and breathe. The best work-out clothes wick water away from you but they can be pretty expensive. Target has some good, relatively low priced options.
