Picky eater ideas!

Hello all! I just started using this app today and was looking for meal ideas for picky eaters. I don’t like many veggies AT ALL! Only ones I like are peas, green beans, potatoes, and corn. NO salads. I LOVE fruits!

You can eat whatever you want, as long as it fits in your calorie goals. So just eat the ones you enjoy.1

Okay. Thank you! I’m very new to all of this. Just wanted to bette myself for myself and for my kids. Looking for different meal ideas as well. I’m definitely interested in food prepping0

How about yams or sweet potatoes? I like to mash them up with a little cream cheese or mascarpone and some herbs.0

There can't be any special meals for picky eaters, because all picky eaters are different. If you want to be less picky, try new things, and in new ways. An attitude change is necessary. It can actually help to stop defining yourself as picky. Most people refuse some food, some more than others, but almost nobody can or will eat anything. And that is fine. Be selective. We all have our favorite foods, and what we like, is both consistent and varying with changes in other preferences, habits, environment.1
