I originally lost 50 pounds from 2015-2016 and over 2017 I gained about 20 pounds of that back.

I’m rededicating myself now.

Feel free to add me for mutual support!

I’m in a similar place too, I need to get back in the habit of dedicated logging. That was key to my initial success.

I'm in the same boat. I was at 145lbs back in September.. Now I'm at about 160lbs on a bad water weight day. :( I've been trying to get down to 125lbs and wound up going backwards. I already know where I went wrong, its just trying to correct it. Good luck on your journey!

I’m in a similar situation. I lost 40 lbs three years ago and have gained 30 back. Trying to track food and exercise five days a week. Add me please. :)

I'm looking to lose 15-20lbs too! I would love some friends to help motivate me and keep me accountable! I lost weight for my wedding this summer, but then the holidays came around and it crept back up! Happy New Year, and may this be our best year yet!

Anyone can feel free to add me (just a quick msg so I know where it's coming from). Looking to lose at least 20 pounds, 25 would likely be ideal, but my primary goal is fitness and muscular endurance. Mostly viewing weight loss as a positive side effect of the fitness routine as I know it will come off eventually, but I'm only at a slight deficit right now since I have a lot of muscle to regain coming off an injury a year ago.
