“New year, New me!” Bull crap! A new year has started and we’re all pumped to start our fitness journey. Then about a month from now we have no idea where it went. So here I am another new year starting another fitness goal. Only this time it’s different, for real. I’m tired of looking in the mirror and hating what I see. So I got this app to track food, water and fitness. I have 312 till my wedding. In 312 days I want to change my lifestyle to be more healthy and active. No crazy diets or fad work outs. A true life changing experience that I can easily live everyday. With a new me hopefully comes some new friends to encourage and support along the way. Who else is making this a life changing year?

My wedding is October 13th! I have 10 months and I'm already stressing out over it. I have the working out down - I work out 4-5 times a week and have been for the last year and a half. Now, if I could get my eating to match my working out I'd be golden. I've been following the KETO lifestyle since October and I love it but completely derailed myself over Christmas. I'm back on it - I need to look good for my wedding day lol

Self confidence for my wedding is what I’m working towards. I’m trying to focus on my mental and physical growth going into my wedding. I not only want to look good and lose weight for my wedding but I want to feel good about the way I look at my wedding.

I 100% agree with that. I've never been one that likes being the center of attention so knowing that I will be - freaks me out. If I have to stand up there I want to be confident!

Weddings!! How wonderful. I've been married 35 years - and it still amazes me that I was lucky enough to find him. Good luck, Girls! You are starting on a great adventure. It's not always easy, but it will be worth it. Good luck with the weight loss, and getting in shape. With all the planning that you have to do - you'll be busy. Have fun!
