I always have a start and stop issue with trying to eat better and lose weight, this accountability with help me stay focused! Have been between 160 lbs and 167 lbs for the past year and this year I will focus on eating better and getting into a healthier state. Meal prepping, portion control, and increased exercise will help me meet my goal.1 -
