    Good morning all. So I don’t see any posting from the ladies in the group. I’m probably doing something wrong. I live in the Boston area where currently it’s freezing. In any event this time my journey to a healthier life started this past August where I was at the heaviest weight in my life now 55. Since August and by using this tool, being accountable, and changing exercise routines I’ve gone from 194 to today’s weight in of 179.4. I’m determined to loose another 10 pounds during this challenge. Let’s go and support each other!
