Happy new year!!

What are everyone’s goals for this year? In 2017 I lost 50lbs and began marathon training! What is 2018 looking like for you?

Here are my goals:

1️⃣ run a half marathon*
2️⃣ focus less on the scale and more on how my body and mind feels
3️⃣ eat more plant based fats

Have been down 3+ yrs w health problems. Have rtTLE with tonic-clonic seizures. My goals arent as great as yours but for me, just as tough.

1)log calories honestly (shame keeps it closed for now) B)make 10 - 15 minutes at slow speed on dreadmill. maybe more as year progresses, who knows and III)get diet back on track so I can open diary again. Nearly 3 decades as strict veg, now I eat cheeseburgers. I felt better without meat and so much cheese.

Make weight for every meet again this year. Finally crush the mental block on hitting a 95kg bench on the platform. Get every kg on the bar in capable of doing. Continue to be a positive role model for my daughters.

Nothing exciting-continue to improve the big lifts and stay healthy/injury free.

    Live until 1/1/19.

    Everything else is a bonus.
